   You pretty much get the job if you show up to the interview and show a little bit of interest in the company.
   You simply apply for the job online with only a resume. Then you will get an email back or possibly a phone call to come in for an interview. The interview is 1 on 1. He talks a little bit with you, shows you around, asks how much you're willing to start out at pay-wise....and that's pretty much it....you get the job!
