Ventajas
Kony is constantly evolving to find better ways to leverage the skills of its people. If you are really good and want to prove yourself, you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow.
Desventajas
Internal training options are not all there yet. It's improving but you'll have to mostly rely on being self-taught to learn new skills and keep up to speed.

There's lots of room for improvement in terms of training. The internal learning portal doesn't enable employees to grow their skills beyond watching overviews of the new features of the Kony platform. Other much needed skills in terms of Javacript, Android, iOS, web, DB and API development are nowhere to be found. An employee would make much better use of their time paying for a learning course on Cloudcademy or Treehouse than spend time in the internal learning portal.

Entrevista
Interview rounds are after a test which includes basic aptitude,logical and two coding questions.
Interview process has 3 rounds, two technical and 1 HR round.
Cleared the 1st technical round and haven't cleared 2nd technical round.
