    Nice salary package before adquisition. Talented people with good undertanding of the business


    Since adquisition package is worsening and most of Covance leaders are leaving the company. Those left are more concerned about keeping their roles than business.

    The covance company asked a lot of STAR guide questions. They don't veer away from those questions. It's mainly those. It is a lot of behavioral questions. They are going to put you in work scenarios and you have to answer it the best you can with you looking like a good employee.
