    Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. Acudí a una entrevista en Bond Brand Loyalty (Toronto, ON)

    Entrevista

    HR reached out to me for a potential role, met with HR and then met twice with the hiring manager, also met with someone from different department to access my cultural fit.

    The core theme they kept talking is how it’s people first and relationship building and human touch.

    And then after my final interview I was told that management needs to meet to discuss and finalise so they will reach out to me with the final verdict. Fast forward 2 weeks I had to follow up to which I was told by that weeks Friday I will definitely hear a response. Fast forward 10 days I reached out well let’s say I assumed they ghosted me after 3 weeks of no response 😄

    To conclude; if company is reaching out a little effort of letting them know goes a LONG WAY!!! and I mean not just for the company but for the hiring team because next time I see that hiring person at some different company well I hope they’re not my hiring person otherwise the other company will get silence from me too!! Am sure people are busy but when did common courtesy became a thing of past 🤔 anywho people are good company seems nice just left with a bad after taste which basically proves end of a day a a company is and always will be a soulless place no matter how much you fluff it up!

    Also to @Glassdoor there needs to be a 4th option for did you get a offer (yes, No, yes but rejected and GHOSTED by company)
