Very competitive. Expectations are high and uncertainty about future developments can create a lot of anxiety. To work here you definitely have to embrace startup culture.

Ventajas
- you will be impressed by hospitality and expensive corporate events - great visa support for those who move to Germany - company puts up a good front (while acting meanly)
Desventajas
- there are always conversations behind your back, you'll suck if you're bad in political intrigues - there is some legacy on organizational hierarchy: you won't be promoted to a particular position, you cannot argue with particular people, etc. - depressing atmosphere – a lot of people leave the company regularly (20-30% turnover every 6 months), from time to time top management change their minds with no clear... explanation, etc. - if they want to fire somebody, they create psychological pressure so that an employee "decided to leave himself" (actually signing papers under the pressure)

Thanks a lot for your feedback. It´s unfortunate to hear your stay at Wunder was not completely enjoyable for you. Wunder is having a real hyper growth phase right now, where a lot of things change continuously. A lot of tough decisions have to be made that not everyone always agrees with. Growing from a small startup into a more mature and international company is not the place for everyone. We understand and respect that. We never created psychological pressure to any employee to sign anything. Separation always hurts. For both sides. We are experiencing regular turnover as every other tech company. There are definitely ups and downs - as in every fast growing company. We are aware of all that. Despite of all the negative points you mentioned, we are happy that you liked the events and hospitality experienced at Wunder, as well as the VISA and relocation support. We want to create a place where our team members feel welcomed and supported. For your personal and professional future, we wish you all the best! And thanks again for your feedback. We will take it and learn from it in order to become better in what we do.

Ventajas
-great colleagues from all over the world who are motivated to spend the time together after work ( partying or just hanging out together was a regular thing ) -delicious and rich breakfast everyday
Desventajas
-bad management that doesn't treat all the employees equally and with the respect -the vision for the company is not clear and the product itself doesn't seem to be that succesful -lack of opportunities for developement and challaneging tasks for many of the employees (only some of the people are treated in a special way)

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to read that apparently you didn´t fully enjoy your time working at Wunder. You mention 2 main reasons. 1. The vision is not clear: Our management team is working hard to make sure that our vision is clearly communicated in the weekly team meetings and monthly vision meetings. We will take your feedback and rethink how we could improve the communication of the vision even more. Thanks! 2. The management does not treat all employees in the same way: We don't strive to treat everyone the same. Each team member is playing a unique and important role in the team and requires different approaches to personal development. We see the strength in the diversity of our team and the clarity of our core values. One important core value is about speaking up and we rely on each other to speak up when we see that there is a disconnect between our personal direction and that of the team. We hope that this great international team that you are talking about, can see the opportunity we are having right now and feels the excitement the management team is feeling.
