No longer a CRM built by salespeople. It is built by developers with no clue of what sales is. Product development is too slow, work intensity is too low. Culture is no more.

The team in Prague is still small which places us in a unique position. We fully own a separate part of the product and have total control over the roadmap and technology used there. Sometimes the technical solutions aren't top notch. Cloud computing is underused. The good thing is that the company is not afraid of changing and the situation is being improved at all times.
