Ventajas
Ok salary for Croatia. Multi cultural enviroment.
Desventajas
Totaly incompetent not existing top managment. Compay changing strategic planing ecery six moths. HR support for employees not existing. Lot of people on high positions without any relevant previous expirience. Project managment and project planing worst I have ever seen. Lot of overtime by default which is not being paid. Fixed collective holiday. Flexibile remote work only exists in theory. Ego driven culture, colegues will undermine others just so they can look better. Communication on really bad level. People who gave high ranking obviously are local and didnt work anywhere else so for them is the best company ever. But reality is than peoole are only extinguishing fires. And it is only matter of time when they will not be able to do so and fire will burn all to the ground metaphorically but also in reality considering employees taking cuts on HSE.
