Desventajas
-Claim to be like a family business, but I think they mean the dysfunctional type of "family"
-Best performers are given 99% of the workload, where the worst performers are given 99% of the raises
-Data is constantly fudged by engineering to make failed tests seem like they passed
-Priorities are nonsense, safety hazards are ignored, maintenance is pushed off, but at least there's a dart board that nobody uses in the cafeteria
-Management doesn't give a f*ck about you, even when injured, they don't do anything to solve the root cause, or even ask if you're ok
-Every all-employee meeting going over the financials is "we're losing money still, but keep up the good work team" idiocracy
