- Prepare for longer hours depending on the season; gets particularly busy around tax season; up to 50 hours/week during the busiest times.
- Since this role is essentially the frontline of the entire loan process, expect to be among the last to leave the office
- Some specific tasks aren't covered in detail during initial training, so you may need to ask around often with more experienced colleagues in the beginning; you will need to be self-reliant in this regard
