Ventajas

Good exposure to technology and some nice folks on the engineering teams. I learned a bunch of just how much mayhem (malicious traffic) is going on constantly on customer deployments. I really enjoyed the "mission". The company culture was nice but the culture in my group was not.

Desventajas

There is a degree of primadonna-ism that is allowed to persist in some individuals that have been there for a long time. This element spends a good deal of time publicly criticizing peers and other groups. It's not helpful and divisive and makes one reluctant to ask for the benefit of their experience in situations you know they've seen.
