Meanness, nastiness also serves as the bedrock foundation and the cornerstone to the hyper toxic work environment that is diosynth. Since management refuses to deal with this it often goes unchecked. Therefore, the victims often suffer in silence and just try to make it through each day. They put on the façade of a smile holding back the tears of pain and just hoping to make it through one more day.
