Ventajas
At TD you get opportunities that others at bulge brackets would balk at. Opportunity to get promoted ahead of schedule also attainable given performance. While most of wall street is contracting, TD continues to grow. Lastly the culture at TD is unmatched and the flat structure and respect from MD to analyst level is fantastic. Amazing place to be.
Desventajas
Smaller firm, still expanding! Would say its best for the start of your career might not get paid as well but depends on your performance…
