No paid holidays, your PTO is used or it's unpaid. You will not be told about this until after you start working. Part of your first raise will be taken away/prorated based on the fact you didn't work the whole first year that you started, even though you waited a year to get the increase. Miniscule pay increase is an insult. Extremely low wages. Micromanagement is extreme. Mgmt is copied on almost every email sent and received. Mgmt defends incompetent and disinterested suppliers. Same suppliers are comfortable calling mgmt to complain about buyer aggressiveness while trying to get material. Mgmt will apologize for your behavior to the laziest and worst of them with no reservations. Experienced buyers treated as unknowledgeable underlings regardless of past training and knowledge. Inexperienced sourcing dept. No effort made to correct the poor suppliers contracted. Suppliers have no reason to be accountable for any poor service so poor service is constant and unchanging. Buyers are expected to work around the severe supplier deficiencies with no exceptions. They believe it's better business to pay more to get material from another supplier short term and continue with the incompetence long term. Planning dept inexperienced with no professional training. All planning processes are incorrect and the cause of constant shortage situations. Mgmt has no experience or training and therefore agrees with all the incorrect planning processes. Buyer is held responsible for all planning errors and is expected to resolve the constant issues immediately. Finger pointing, back stabbing all done in the name of compassion by incompetent employees with very little knowledge. Planning dept does not exercise strong character traits as it relates to planning errors or procurement team relationships. Dysfunctional to say the least. Poison and toxic. Constant personality critiquing while numerous process advances are ignored. No process improvement ideas are welcome even though it will be stated otherwise. No processes will be changed. No need to even suggest it, they know everything and can learn nothing from you.
