      Ventajas

      The Foundation is full of great colleagues who care about our mission. It is great when everyone is together at our annual residential or end of year celebrations. Learning and Development time is highly valuable and appreciated. Managers care about their people and support them as much as they can

      Desventajas

      There is always a lot going on (not necessarily a bad thing).

      repetitive manual labor and if you don't like being in one place
