Ventajas
Rackspace is fun and has several excellent perks. This is the only job I have ever worked for at over 5 years and I still enjoy coming in to work. The highest leaders such as Directors, VPs, the CEO, the President of the company, and the chairman of the board are all incredible people.
Desventajas
Some departments may have poorer upper management than others. These particular departments tend to hire or promote team leads that they feel bond with them on a personal level. If they feel that they can socialize with a person outside of work, yet they also meet some qualifications of the job, they will be more highly considered for employment into lower level leadership (team lead positions). Knowledge of the job itself isn't considered as important as the ability to interact well with senior managers.
