Ventajas
As far as retail jobs go, O2 couldn't really be better. The people that I worked with were quite mixed but everyone was ready to chip in their fair share and the benefits package ensured consistent engagement. Many routes for progression as well.
Desventajas
The company went through changes whilst I was there as a result of the economic climate. This did dramatically affect the amount of benefits that were provided and a few perks were taken away. The general sense I got was that they're not the type of company that would take things away without good reason though - and I believe these will return in due course.
