Good for Government Contracting

There are a lot of really good, dedicated people who work here. The location is great; easy in and out, quick access to all the major highways. Diverse workforce; mix of blue- and white-collar. Opportunities for growth and transitioning into new roles. Overall, a good place to work, I am happy here...but it is government contracting. I doubt that the grass is greener in the other top-five defense contracting companies.
Desventajas
Excessive middle-management. Executive staff lives in a different world, far removed from the work and workers.
