Ventajas
The environment was laid back, hours and schedule are flexible, and prior to Covid there were many great social aspects. Truly a fun, non stressful place to work most days
Desventajas
Complete lack of leadership. CEO frequently goes off the grid and is not around to answer questions. Nice guy but you cannot believe a word he says business wise. He will tell you how valuable you are one day and lay you off the next if you ask for a raise. I was warned when I started here but did not believe the warning because he comes off as such a laid back guy. Should’ve known, bottom line is all that matters but I guess that’s business.
