      Ventajas

      If you want to learn Salesforce, build Salesforce, and get free Salesforce certifications. This is the perfect company. This is a 100% remote shop several years before the pandemic, and they have developers all over the USA

      Desventajas

      Pay isn’t great, and there are times where you may be on the “bench” for a while waiting to get new projects. A lot of the top talent seems to be leaving, and there maybe a shifting culture change. I believe most are leaving for higher paying jobs.

      Ventajas

      - Hands down our caring culture and the way people help each other. - Highly skilled people solving the most complex problems in the Salesforce ecosystem. - We're a distributed team and manage working from home pretty well, IMHO. - We see the products and applications we built out in the markets. Most of the client work we do is public facing.

      Desventajas

      - The company, along with much of the software industry, had a rough year in 2023. The contraction was painful. - Timesheets. No matter how intuitive/pretty the UI is, entering time is a pain.
