    Ventajas

    A great, friendly, relaxed working environment. A great product to work on. Looking like a very stable place to work in light of coming Brexit. HR department is kind and helpful. Most staff are very friendly. I would recommend for someone looking to start a career.

    Desventajas

    The pay...so unfortunate...but the pay is terrible. Pay reviews do not occure when contractually agreed to be, and no bonuses are given to anyone unless they are higher management. They pay professionals considerably less than the industry standard. 'Town halls' have been held, telling staff that the company profits have increased by 640% over the last two years and how 'it's all thanks to you', yet we see non... of this, because profits all go into the pockets of fat shareholders, and the company, be privately owned, and thus not limited, are not held to account. Therefor, these 'town halls' are frankly, deeply insulting. There's is also a strange policy that if you leave the company you cannot return. Like you are some kind of traitor. Childish. It's not going to work. Wake up upper management. It's very unfortunate. I would like to stay and work at Betvictor for a long time, but unless there is a clear change, with wage increases next year, I will have to leave, because I don't want to die poor in an old people home.

    -Company is very dynamic and self confident and active employees are appreciated -Once the top management gets to know you and trust you they really listen to your advice -Lots of bleeding edge technologies -Space for career improvements -I am still learning a lot -Most of the colleagues are very nice and friendly people

    -some processes and workflows could be improved -company facilities could be improved

    Ventajas

    The people are intelligent, hard working and friendly. Very good work-life balance. Relaxed but efficient working environment. The canteen is convenient.

    Desventajas

    CTO is nothing more than a bully. He thinks of the technology staff as his minions and likes to rule by fear. You are just a number to him, you are expendable and he can and will get rid of you on a whim. The location of the office is poor but thats changing next year. They used to offer some nice staff perks/bonuses but they were steadily taken away one by one. Salaries are less than rivals and with no more staff... perks/bonuses the talent is leaving to further their careers elsewhere.

    Get rid of your CTO, the technology department are doing well in spite of him not because of him. He's toxic for the department and a good percentage of your staff turnover is directly due to him. Look after your staff more, they are the ones keeping the business profitable. Invest in training for them and make sure they're happy doing their job.
