The team I am apart of is amazing. We can count on each other and have done so numerous times. The complexity of work keeps you on your toes and learning.
Desventajas
Merit increases. Most companies will do what they can to give employees a merit increase. This is the only place I have worked where they find reasons to NOT give you an increase. H.R. is on another planet as well as most of the leadership. There is no employee retention because you will get paid better for doing the same thing elsewhere.

Ventajas
> Lots of growth potential > Engaging work > Working with/Learning from highly skilled professionals > Small companies feel with the resources of a large corporation > competitive pay
Desventajas
Working for managed services means you are > High Stress > High availability But I wouldn't consider these things "cons" if your personality type fits.

-Great Frontline people always willing to help -Lots of great veteran and long time engineers who are brilliant
Desventajas
-Very money driven upper management. Bob Gleisner the CFO runs the company from his office in who knows where, and he makes cuts as fast as he can. He shows up in a couple company meetings annually, but otherwise just looks at spreadsheets finding ways to screw customers and employees. -They don't invest in people, everyone is working 60 hour weeks with no help. - Behind the times in their technology and product development. The company would save a lot of money if they cut a lot of these high level product managers, and instead focused on what the customer wants. -Middle Management is in CYA mode, leaving front line people out to dry often

Ventajas
Good People to work with Most work is remote
Desventajas
Limited opportunities for advancement Just a ticket monkey at most levels and teams Poor interdepartmental communication Management is deaf to fixing issues or new ideas. Cheap management Poor Compensation They actually tried to collect money from me after I left or 1 day of vacation This used to be a great company to work for, but since being bought by TDS it totally sucks. I'm so glad to be out of there.

Work with great people, the job itself is challenging but rewarding, the work OneNeck does is exciting and a niche market
Desventajas
No career growth, pay is not competitive

Ventajas
Personnel are encouraged to take time for personal responsibilities, support each other, and balance life with work. Sure, you have to spend PTO for some of that, but time off is never given begrudgingly. Excellent technical resources to perform the heavy lifting on projects.
Desventajas
The typical revenue chase, utilization targets, and sales buffoonery (only a very small number).

Ventajas
The main pro to working here is that you can work from home.
Desventajas
Leadership does not care about there employees and they are not open to hearing feedback and suggestions. Leadership treats people who go above and beyond poorly compared to others that barely work.
