Ventajas
The relationship between team members and leads is the best I had ever experienced. Our working place is very friendly and cheerful, there is a big effort for a clear communication between the company and its workers! We have a kitchen of our own ! :D
Desventajas
The organization and delivering information to the workers so everyone has the same information about the projects running in the company, sometimes there are some disparities on updates. Some procedures are not well aligned amongst supervisors.

Complains about the health and safety of employees take while to be taken into to account; sometimes it looks like that the information given by the employees sometimes is not even taken seriously Not enough equipment for everyone, they dealing with it just taking too long to be solved.

Long hours leaves little time for personal life. The good staff don’t stick around. Angry verbal and written communication is disrespectful, embarrassing and degrading. Chauvinistic and unproductive environment. Asking questions isn’t encouraged.
