- Friendly and professional colleagues (engineers mostly) - In some cases pretty good salary

- Poor attitude from top management (within R&D department) and toxic environment - Incompetent and rude HR - Poor facilities and office - Overworking and undervaluing employees is likely - Vacations are not welcome - No relocation opportunities - Firing people without any notification and poor compensation, which breaks the law

CTO, PMO and Operations are good. R&D top management and HR partners are a mess. Many words little matter. Broken promises. Toxic atmosphere. Definitely not the happiest year in my career.

Average office and salary. Not best career opportunities.

1) Good compensation and benefits (food, sport, events, etc) 2) Plenty of professional people around who are willing to share their knowledge of both technology and business-domain 3) Modern technologies (mostly, with some of the projects being an exception) 4) Strong and evolving projects portfolio, fairly hard to stay bored 5) Relocation opportunities

1) Some select projects have long legacy history 2) Pressing deadlines on some of the new projects 3) Pretty flat organization structure = not a lot of capacity for administrative growth, except for development/QA teamleads or PMs 4) European offices are more comfortable compared to Russian sites

Better communication towards the team. Some of the managerial positions could use more motivated and professional people

Ventajas

You can get as much as you want/can chew. Should you want to narrow down yourself to just Java backend - fine, if you want to convert into, say, frontend or iOS, there are opportunities for that. Plenty of good people around, especially among those who have been with the company for a long time.

Most of the projects is outsourcing. There are some product developments too, but not so much.
