Ventajas

The people at Dashlane are the absolute best part about working there.

Desventajas

The company strategy is all over the place. It's really tough to be on the Marketing side when there are so many uncertainties around the product. Often times, the strategy is to oversell and figure out how to deliver later. Leadership rarely seems to be on the same page about the direction the company is going in, and tends to dismiss concerns by saying "we're working on it." For all the talk of transparency, large... decisions are rarely shared or widely communicated. There is a huge cultural divide between offices and it's very common to get totally different answers to questions depending on who you ask. Tons of turnover. Idk. It's not a terrible place to work by any means, but these reviews don't paint an honest picture of the reality you will face.

Everyone is in the same boat and a part of the adventure + People help each other and there no place for internal politics + Great communication tools and stunning office. + Smart and kind people to work with

- Having office on both sides of the Atlantic can sometimes be challenging in term of scheduling meetings, but it's a pleasure to work within a multicultural environment - Hard work, but you never feel people putting pressure on you

I am a huge fan of Dashlane and have no criticism. Maybe that is because we listen to employee concerns and aim to solve them.

In the beginning was the password, and the password was with Internet Browser, for the Internet Browser was like the only thing out there. All passwords were made by the Browser; and without Browser was not any password made that was made. But then Dashlane the Password Manager shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. That is the true Password Enlightenment, which lighteth every man that... downloadeth Dashlane into the computer. Fast-forward, a man has cometh to an interview and he saw it was good. So good he became a disciple.

The work/life balance could be better, but then hey, we are on a mission. It actually depends more on the employees than the management—we all want to succeed, so we put in the extra effort. But the work environment and the team is great.

- Tech company start up vibe and perks - Seasoned Sr Management "gets it" in terms of culture and morale in addition to driving success - Company product solves an obvious need

- The opportunity in front of me @Dashlane is so compelling, I find myself working all the time
