what are your strengths/weaknesses what appeals to you about the career track you are interested in?

I received an offer today via phone. She gave me a lot of information about the job, salary, location, ect. My official offer will be emailed to me tomorrow.

What is the average salary for the program?

Just as a heads up for everyone, just because you are eligible for the program doesn't guarantee you a job. They only take on 400 A2L's per year, half in February and the other half in July. There are a lot more people accepted into the program, and then they decide from there who gets the jobs based on job and location preferences. I know some people who waited 3+ months after to hear back after receiving the "eligible email". Source: Current A2L

I emailed campus recruitment and the lady told me that they have a spot for me and I should hear from my recruiter next week!! omahhgahh. I'll be in the February program and I'm so excited! And no one wants to tell their salary. I've looked EVERYWHERE. I'm gonna guess no less than 30k, but I'm not sure. I know they give you 1500 dollars for relocation costs, but that's about all I know so far. Guess we'll all find out soon!

How long were you in the placement process for and which career track/location did you choose? I've been in the placement process since October and starting to lose hope on getting placed

I got an e-mail today informing me that that placement process timeline was being delayed due to a large number of applicants for this year. Extremely frustrating as I am depending on this opportunity.

I was eligible. I received my eligibility e-mail last Monday and still waiting to hear about my placement as well

Haven't heard back about placement yet either. Was accepted into the program but not sure how long placement will take.

Were you guys accepted or eligible? I was told I am eligible after an on campus interview in September and was told to wait 3 weeks to hear back about placement in the program

I haven't heard back yet either. I received my email saying I was eligible about a month ago. They told me to wait three weeks for placement but I haven't gotten anything yet

I also received the same email saying that the process has been delayed. I hope this doesn't mean that too many applicants were accepted into the program.

I hope that's not the case but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. It makes everything more complicated for the people that have been waiting for a much longer time and getting a little unprofessional at this point.

Don't lose hope on getting placed. Go ahead and try to contact your campus recruiter and see why you haven't heard back. There was a mess up where I didn't hear anything for a while, but since I reached out and asked why, a recruiter is contacting me about it and it seems they didn't get all my information. Be aggressive with this position.

There are helpful people out there just go get 'em!

Do you mind sharing the salary and if there was ability to negotiate?

Congratulations! Were you able to get your first choice preferences? How long did you have to wait from when you were eligible?

I haven't heard back either and I applied as well. I have figured it will take a few months. I went to my schools career fair too and then interviewed the next day in September as well.

Has anyone heard back yet? I was sent the email about me being eligible about a month ago but I haven't heard anything back yet.
