Creative approach to VM focused on customer engagement.
The store manager gave me three different scenarios, with different types of girls, and I had to go through the store and pick out a complete outfit for each one. This was done to make sure I understood fashion, and the forever 21 customer.

Almost every interview I have had that was for visual merchandising or store management in a women's store has asked this! Be sure to know what is in and what is out! Right now one trend is feathers! Menos

This is the most difficult question to me because you never want to say something that might lower your chances at getting the job. But if you're as honest as possible, offer solutions or examples of how you have conquered you weakness then you should be fine. Menos
