HR calls first and asks tons of star format questions. Then the regional manager and then a face to face. Sell me this pencil….Everyone is very nice and laid back, so it is not a super high pressure interview, but they want to know you can sell and are going to work. They like pharma, but this job is NOT pharma. It's real sales. Menos
