I believe I mentioned IBM - I used to work with Business Recovery Managers and took charge of all Priority 1 (Severe) tickets issued. With billions of dollars at stake, this position was critical and issues needed to be resolved "like yesterday"... I got very high reviews at IBM due to this. Menos

Could be power supply, but that's an assembly or a component depending on the scale of your thinking. A rectifier would be the component engineering name if that is the scale. The reverse component is called an inverter. Menos
