None. I have been in consulting for over years and in software develoment for over 20. Early on, people tried using UML diagrams. I know some really talented software developers and NONE of them use UML. It is cumbersome, outdated and nobody I know but managers think they are important. One of the things I absolutely hate is creating documentation that has no audience. for the most part, I think they are a useless waste of time.
