Wow, I can't really remember exactly. I had so many phone interviews and I think each one was different, kind of tailored to the position I was going for at the time. Phone interviews were not that bad though, overall. Basically what was my comfort level with Word and Excel, did I graduate college, describe a day at my current position. It's too bad that you cannot be honest while interviewing. It seems like being honest and saying "offers benefits" is a red flag. As a job seeker you must pretend that you don't care about benefits or salary. You just really, really want to be a part of their company and team and culture--hah!! Menos
