The interview was a very professional interview. They asked me questions about real estate that only a good real estate paralegal would know. I answered all questions correctly. I got to meet the entire staff and was shown around the office. It was a pleasant office and I really did enjoy meeting the staff. Menos
They go over time a lot. You will have a challenge of some sort regarding work life balance but honestly - isn’t that how NY work life is? So make sure you say you don’t mind staying extra long hours. Menos
Basic interview questions. You can tell that the member of the group doing the interview was new at this. Did not ask questions relating to the duties and responsibilities of the position. I recommend she review the job description before interviewing candidates.
Answered the same way as I usually have done -- time Management, work coordination, experience and communication. Although I wasn't interested, it was a good formality to interview. I ended up taking another job which paid $30k more, better environment (not so opened up like a trading floor), people here have good time management skills, communication and understanding. Menos
