Not sure why I'd go back into strategy after so many years for a Sr. Director role when I work above the Director level. Do you have anything with P&L responsibility given my P&L management experience? Menos

It is August and this role is still open. We talk about people shortage—well companies like this/incompetent recruiter/good for nothing hiring manager are the reason. Ironic that Rapid 7 is in cybersecurity space and their leaders are the ones harping on cybersecurity skiils shortage. Menos

Open today as well. I think they fired the recruiter.

strength: motivated-started coming in early to observe day teachers to get tips on student management, research creative lessons online and have them ready ahead of time take initiative-offer my assistance when I see a problem team player-in last job I willingly took on extra first graders until a first grade teacher was hired weakness: sometimes I get worried before I'm about to work with new students but I quickly get comfortable because I brainstorm different techniques and can think quickly of new strategies Menos
