When asked for an example, the answer may not be enough for the interviewer, who will then dig deeper trying to know more details or even get another answer, so it is highly recommended to prepare consciously several possible answers beforehand.

I have realized than there are many tourists and exchange students in this neighbourhood, however this is an old people neighbourhood. I would do online advertising for the young people and offline for old people.
Avoid typical answers like 'because it's a good company' or 'I have good comments from people that already work here'. Focus your answer into a business direction, i.e 'I've seen this BU's market is growing consistently and with very good projections', obviously try to source your answer in advance to make it robust.
There was a very 'green for go' attitude, when to start etc. Then the lines of communications stopped. It was like they were keen to get as much industry insights. Sadly all the different persons contacted, turned cold overnight. Very bad taste and would rate this as unscrupulous a company.
