Entrevista
Interview held at a starbucks or public location outside of the actual store. Very relaxed in workout clothing over coffee. The interview process was 2:1 and then 1:1 with the store manager. There is usually a "sweat workout" where you go and workout with a manager or key leader as a bonding experience, like a trial situation to see how you fit with the workout culture.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
