There were three interviews in total. One was with another prospective employee, which I was not expecting going into it, but turned out to actually lessen the awkwardness. Most of the questions were focused on experience and overall personality.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
