The HR team was quite prompt in reviewing my cover letter and resume, and setting up a phone interview. They contacted me the same day I applied, in fact. The phone interview consisted of your normal questions such as why do you want to be in the industry, why you want to work here, strengths and weaknesses.
The in-person interview was with 4 employees, one at a time.

Entrevista
I went through 3 round of interviews. The first was with the head of HR, the second was with a group of employees and the third was with the office manager. The questions asked were a mix of between past experiences and personality fit. Overall the interview wasn't too terribly difficult but every now and then someone would throw in a difficult question - so be prepared.
