Teams interview id check, then tell the interviewer a little about yourself, Interviewer first language was not English. I felt it was a difficult interview due to language barrier. They don’t give feedback if you don’t get through. I have an extensive history, dealing in customer service, team work, working under pressure, conflict management, but clearly not enough to get through, and to not get feedback is disappointing.
The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
