I completely agree.. I was working for this company.. they are blackmailing by keeping our certificates

This 3 rd class company in industry. harassment of employee is normal in this company .Now they deposit 1 lack for joining in company.

This company license should be dismissed if they harassment of freshers

You don't know anything about the company. I can tell this because company was established in 2001 and you tell this is 25 years old. Everybody can see your skills. You have attended interview without knowing the company background. Then what could you even answer in the interview?
