How to convince people who doesn't know about the system ? 1. Make simple competition research and show Amanda, that others already sell flowers through Adwords 2. Show how ads looks for viewers, simple and smart PLA ads + search ads with adjustment options + GDN ads with beautiful pictures + dynamic remarketing and etc. 3. Explain the mechanism of bidding strategies, and automatic ads. 4. Show how simple and fast - the way to start the campaign within 15 minutes. 5. Tell about average competitors CR from google Adwords about 2-3% additional orders, that are not crossed with any other ad channels. Menos

A: After reading many of the answers of previous answers on the website, it is quite simple to build a good answer to any of the questions that a google HR rep might have. Do lots of research on Google adwords and how it works, and read up on questions that appear here frequently. Menos

There's enormous amount of data that come through kayak: website visits, repeat customers, referrals to through-traffic onto airline sites, peak time of day, usage times, identify user with cookies, cross-sell ads on other frequently-traveled sites, understand your buyer persona and target audience. Revenue opportunities for data: Affiliate marketing, sell Ads, referral shares, sell data to airlines for pricing purposes, sell data to advertising companies, etc. Menos

I said that you could use the data to get much better information about advertising effectiveness. If you could do this you could charge very high amounts for advertising through Kayak's platform. I used a more specific example of a business person that travels to same city each week. Menos

Here you can give a pure and efficient answer. Make a market study in order to understand what's the problem in your conversion funnel: is it brand awarness, are people knowing your product, do they think of buying your product, if they do think of buying it are they buying it? This way for example if people know your brand, consider buying but they don't there might be a pricing problem to resolve (Typical case of Audi cars, everyone knows them, everyone wants to buy one but not everyone does because it is too expansive). So here if they want to increase their volume they know they have to play on the pricing . If you couple this with an analysis and benchmark of what the competition is doing and how the leaders are being leaders then for sure you will find an answer to what you should do if your sales are decreasing. Just give a step by step logical answer - perhaps beginning with the target audience and what their needs are. In this answer, show your understanding of how Google makes revenue with its products. Menos
