Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Zscaler (Alviso, CA) en may 2018
Entrevista
Consisted of 4 parts: a screening interview, interview with the director of sales, interview with current LDR, and then a panel interview with 4-5 employees. The phone interviews will only take 15-30 mins and panel interview will take 2-3 hours. Everyone involved in the process was great to talk to and really tried to get me comfortable and helped a lot with nervousness. Overall, the best interview process I have been a part of, even though there were more steps and interviews involved than I was used to. Really seemed like they wanted to know not just how well you'd do at the job, but also what kind of person you are and how you'd fit in to the culture there.

Entrevista
There were two or three brief phone interviews/screenings, one panel interview with five current employees, two in person and three from another location. Overall a positive and pleasant experience.

The interview process was pretty seamless, after speaking with the recruiter and then the hiring manager you come into the office a panel interview which was a pretty in-depth process allowing for you to learn more about the company as well as for Zscaler to learn more about you,

The process took a little time. From the first time I was contacted in July 2018 it took about 2 or 3 weeks to get to the in-person interview. The recruiter was nice and actually quite helpful. He contacted me on the day of the in-person interview to give me some pointers about how to answer the questions I would be asked.
The in-person interview was quite exhaustive. I interviewed for a position in Raleigh, NC and was on a panel with 3 people in their office, as well as some higher ups in San Jose. I had to put together a slide deck about myself and a "plan" for how I would sell the product to prospective clients. When I got there, I had assumed that people would be calling in. Instead I was the one leading my own interview in terms of setting up a conference line and ensuring everyone was present. I then went through my presentation, and was asked a barrage of questions, which weren't necessarily difficult, but some were repetitive. They then went on to talk about their culture and how great it was to work there.
After all was said and done, I did not hear back from the group until I reached out to the recruiter. I didn't get any news about being declined for the position until I had asked, and even then there was no feedback they could give me. The least I'd like to know is what I could improve upon for the next time.
