Had a screening scheduled with the recruiter but she had to reschedule 15 minutes before the call. She then never answered my emails after I followed up 3 times to reschedule. I even reached out to someone on LinkedIn that I connected with about the role to mention that I hadn't heard back but I was very interested in the role and wanted to ensure I was able to meet with her before other opportunities progressed - no response. My friend then referred me once she started at ZoomInfo because she was the one who recommended I apply in the first place. From the referral, I had a different recruiter schedule a screening. It went well and she wanted to set up the next call with the hiring manager and asked me to send over my availability over email. Before the end of the call, I told her I wanted to be transparent and brought up that I was supposed to have a screener with another recruiter a few weeks back but never was able to get it rescheduled. She said it shouldn't be an issue since I never met with the other recruiter but then the second recruiter never responded to my thank you email with my availability or my follow up the next week. I then received an auto email from their generic company email saying they were not moving forward although on the call she was scheduling next steps. I also never even received this auto email or any response to my first application. I truly have no idea what happened and what problem the original recruiter had with me and received no information/feedback. I thought this was the most unprofessional process so far since being laid off in February. Note to recruitment at Zoominfo - this is a very vulnerable and hard time for people that have been affected by layoffs and the economic turbulence, it wouldn't hurt, and it isn't hard, to treat people with kindness and empathy.

Started this interview process with ZoomInfo, booked the second stage with the recruiter via email and then that same day, the meeting was cancelled with no real context. The qualification criteria for the role was also very different on the call as to what was advertised.
