Phone screen with HR followed by call with Hiring Manager. Found out position required technology components background even though they told me it wasn't a necessary must have for the position. After I admitted I didn't have the tech experience I was ruled out immediately. Feel like if they're definitely looking for people with certain mobile device experience then don' t lead people on with 2 interviews just to meet the quota for the number of people you have to interview
