I've applied online and 2days after I receive a call from Inditex for a group interview.
I get in the head office 20min before the interview to have time to fill the application.
At this first stage it's a group interview. They ask what we know about Inditex and they show a 10min video about it, and then ask if we have some ideia about the routine as a sales assistant and once again we saw a video about the daily routine in Zara.
The last part its a 5minutes 1-to-1. They just want to know if you have some experience as a sales assistant.What is your favourite brand and why,When you are available to work.
1/2 weeks later you'll know if you were successful or not.

Simple questions. No worries about this interview.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
Easy and casual interviews. I had an interview and it was super easy and I was asked simple questions like tell me about yourself or tell me about your past experience
