My friend recommended me to work at Zara.The HR called me few days after she submitted my application.There is only one interviewer,asked about my previous experience.She asked if I know what the position entails.Asked why I quit my previous job.And she asked about my expectations to the company.

Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses
