I learnt about the open position through a recruiter. Initially had a Phone screening with Manager for 30 min and was asked about basic concepts of testing, they tried to verify if i would fit to their work culture. followed by a panel interview with manager and 2 leads.
They ask qs based on your resume and experience. make sure you are well prepared with all the points in your resume

They started with technical qs and focussed on problem solving abilities and team development activities.
