I interviewed at X in New York in October 2023. Recruiter reached out first, I did a phone screen followed by one round with HM and final rounds in-person with 4 panel interviewers. Process was mostly straightforward and moved quickly until I finished panels early Oct. Followed up with HM and recruiter twice each in late Oct/early Nov, they promised would reach a decision soon and ended up ghosting. Unprofessional and disappointing to receive no outcome after prepping for weeks.
