Persons conducting in person interviews were very unsure of what the position was going to do - they were too busy, couldn't see the forest through the trees. Job description was in flux. No big game plan, looking for someone to lead them, but not really knowing who or what at time of interview. Thought it was a big waste of my time. Head of group had no experience with what she was looking for.
