I am MSCRM developer .It was 2 stage process.Both rounds were technical followed by HR round.Both rounds were telephonic.They took almost 45 mins to 1hr for both rounds.

it was good. there were two rounds of interviews. one technical second manageral. one should attend it. the process difference from post to post and even got good salary hike.
