Reached out to a senior sales manager over LinkedIn, and shared my resume to his email address. He connected me within a couple hours to a member of his team, who scheduled a screening round the next day over call. Post the screening round, was asked to draft a cold email pitching whatfix. The next round was a sales pitch demo, included using the community version of whatfix's product to create a sample. With satisfactory performance in both these rounds, had a chat with the CEO, and finally a round with the HR head. The entire process was done remotely, over movile call, video chat and screen share. Every interaction was on time, the entire team punctual and professional in behavior. Was able to reach out to the involved members at any time and they were available and eager to see me succeed. Was the most dignified interviewing process I've been through, especially at a startup. Needless to say, I happily accepted the offer.

Interview was pretty well designed. It was clear in stating the objectives of each rounds. The TA SPOC shared the details of what you would be analysed on. The interviewer shared feedback right on the call which gave good clarity about what they expected vs how I performed.
