The interview was conducted via Teams with the supervisors and director. Each individual asked 3 questions each. The interview was supposed to last for 30 minutes. However, it lasted for about an hour. Everyone was pleasant.

Very smooth process. Very friendly staff. Very communicative about the company and what was to be expected. The interview itself was scheduled very quickly-within a week. However, once I was given the offer of employment the process of submitting all required documentation was very long and tedious. I had to wait four weeks from the time of the job offer until my first day of orientation. Everything had to be submitted via scanning of my documents online through a portal with a checklist of everything they requested (W-2's from my last three employers, Record of immunizations, I-9 documents, etc.). I had to wait a week to be scheduled for my drug test, then THREE weeks to be scheduled for my health screen in Atlanta. I am contracted through Conifer who has taken over all billing and registration positions for Wellstar and Conifer is based in Texas so this was probably why.
